Information to assist Christian schools.
The Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA) has agreed to establish a national system for the accreditation of pre-service teacher education programs as part of its strategy to achieve consistency in registration and improve teaching quality in Australia. This objective is in pursuit of the national goals for schooling as expressed in the Melbourne Declaration on Educational Goals for Young Australians.
