Andrew commenced with CSA in January 2010 with a background in business and education.

Andrew completed his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Business, in 1992 and worked in a family business.

In 2000 he completed a Graduate Diploma of Education and in 2002 a Bachelor of Education. He taught lower primary classes from Preschool to Year 3 in both a state school and Christian school.

In 2006 he commenced his tenureship as Headmaster of Heights College in Rockhampton.

In 2009 Andrew completed his Master of Education and while on Sabbatical Leave visited 17 Christian schools and colleges in Western Canada and the Eastern states of the USA.

Andrew has a keen interest in the development of Character and Leadership programs in schools.

Andrew, along with his wife Danielle and their three children Laura, Harrison and William, enjoy spending time together as a family while on camping trips and travelling.
