Students from Southern Christian College in Tasmania have travelled to Indonesia to visit their partner school, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Denpasar, as part of the BRIDGE Australia-Indonesia Schools Partnership program.
Riverside Christian College’s science teacher Deb White has won the Peter Doherty Award for Excellence in Science and Science Education.

Brandon Gifford, a Year 9 student at Casino Christian School, has been honoured in the 2010 Eureka Science Awards.
Brandon was awarded second place in the Sleek Geek Secondary School category of the awards with an entry that explored the amazing properties of feathers.
Students from Jubilee Christian College are set to be visited by Queensland’s up and coming elite athletes. They will learn about the importance of being physically active as part of the initiative from the Bligh Government as it promotes its 2010 campaign ‘Get Active Queensland Schools’.
