Trinity College at Gladstone is celebrating reaching 25 years by planning a slew of exciting events at a fete on August 14.

From noon to 4pm there will be a number of activities to choose from including rides, food stalls, cakes, craft and show bags.

The College will also celebrate the opening of the new library with a ribbon cutting ceremony which will start at 3.30pm with guests, local Federal Member for Flynn, Chris Trevor, and local state member, Liz Cunningham.

Thanks to library aide Catherine Walker and a dedicated team of volunteers and students, who worked through the holidays, the new library was able to be opened at the beginning of Term 3.

The new facility has been purpose-built to the school’s requirements with quiet reading areas indoors and outside, a multi-media room, study and work areas.
