Burrabadine Cornerstone Christian School

Burrabadine Cornerstone Christian School - is a small K-6 school with 27 students located about 7 km from the town of Dubbo. Many of our students are children of staff or students of Cornerstone Community Inc., which is a Christian Mission Organisation.

There are two classes, Infants (K-2) and Primary (3-6). The small size of the school allows a strong community to develop within the school, and this is a particular focus of the school. The school also places emphasis on a mentoring relationship with the students, and the development of the child emotionally, spiritually, physically and intellectually, rather than focusing solely on academic content and skills.

There is also a strong emphasis on developing student’s spiritual lives, encouraging them to follow Jesus Christ, and helping them to see that the spiritual life is a natural part of life. A strong tenent of Burrabadine is a belief that the model of Christian living provided by school staff is essential to Christian growth in the students.
