Hunter Christian School

Hunter Christian School is a K-12 school in Mayfield, Newcastle. It is a ministry of Mayfield Baptist Church, and was established to stand with Christian families and the Christian Churches of the region to train and nurture students to use their talents and abilities for good. The Bible is used as the basis for matters of faith, belief, values and conduct.

The School is committed to excellence in critical thinking, and in affirming each of our student's individual abilities, we endeavour to create unique learning opportunities for all students, from Kindergarten to year 12.

The School looks to provide safety, through clear expectations; care, through knowing our students as individuals; and love, through focusing on what is best for our students before God.
