Temple Christian College: Bethany Campus

Temple Christian College is spread over two campuses providing Christ-centred education for children from Christian households. We are a Year 7-12 College with a total student enrolment in excess of 650 in 2006.

Temple is undergirded with prayer, praise and worship. A temple is a place of praise and we know God inhabits the praises of His people. The presence of God is very evident in our College.

Temple welcomes students from Christian families to a caring, safe, vibrant, well disciplined environment. Visitors often comment on the "life" they see in our students.

From their beginning at the College, students are aware the Staff see them as being significant, just as God sees them. They are encouraged to view school as preparation to make an impact on the community.

The College has a reputation for academic success. There is, however, solid achievement by those who take V.E.T. courses and those who have Support Education in their journey.

Attitude is strongly emphasised and components of attitude are addressed each term on student reports.

In 2006, Temple will come together with our sister school, Sunrise Christian School to walk towards becoming one with a new name. We will be spread over seven campuses and will have approximately 1560 students. This is called by God and an exciting new season awaits us.
