Heatherton Christian College

Heatherton Christian College is an independent Christian co-educational school for students from Prep to Year 10 in 2005, increasing one level each year to reach Year 12 by 2007.

The College was established in 1999 with just 27 students from Prep to Grade 4. The school has grown rapidly recently, having nearly doubled in size since the beginning of 2003. An enrolment of 250 is expected for 2006. The teachers are hand picked for their professionalism, are all committed Christians and are experienced in a variety of learning fields. Staff meet together each morning before school to pray and commit the day to the Lord.

The College is currently undertaking its third, and most significant, building program. The current project includes a new Technology centre, classroom and new toilet block. We are planning to have this project completed by the end of the year. We will then begin another building project!

At Heatherton Christian College students' individual learning needs are recognised and catered for. The curriculum meets all Government standards but is Christ centred. The children come from Christian homes and from most denominations. The warm and caring environment ensures that your child grows academically and spiritually, reaching their full potential. Active parent participation is encouraged. The school offers a wide range of subjects and programs for the students and has an affordable fee structure.
