Christian Schools Australia (CSA) is the organiser, promoter, and overseeing body of events published on our website.
Events run by CSA are for the benefit of its members. From time to time CSA may invite non-members as its guests and does so at its own discretion.

Payment Terms
Event registrations remain unconfirmed until payment has been received in full, payment is required asap following registration but no later than 7 days after registration or at the time of registration if registration is within 7 days of the closing date.
Waiting Pools
Waiting pools often form for CSA Major events. CSA determines the process, order, and processing of waiting pools taking into consideration a range of factors and does so at its discretion.
Delegate Cancellation Terms & Conditions
All cancellations, amendments and substitutions must be made in writing to CSA. Where cancellation is made after registration has closed and numbers have been finalised, CSA will be unable to provide a refund for this cancellation. Where cancellation occurs prior to the registration closing date a refund will be made, less any unrecoverable costs where this may apply.
Publicity Rights
CSA may record, film or photograph the event and use delegate names, voices and likenesses for promotional purposes. By attending, delegates waive any related rights under applicable laws. If delegates do not wish to be recorded, filmed or photographed they can forward this request to the CSA event organiser.
Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. CSA reserves the right to remove any delegate who violates this Code of Conduct without refund at its discretion.
Accessibility and Special Requirements
CSA is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment. Delegates with disability or special requirements are encouraged to notify the CSA event organiser in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

We are committed to the health and safety of our member community and guests at this event and will follow any government guidelines that might be in place at the time and location of this event.
Registration Cancellation by the Event Organiser
Christian Schools Australia reserves the right to decline acceptance of a conference registration at its absolute discretion and without giving a reason. Registration may also be cancelled at any time during the event at CSA’s determination. Registration fees will be refunded in full.
Conference/Event Program
While all efforts are taken to publish and promote the final program, unforeseen circumstances occur – such as speaker illness, missed flights, etc. Accordingly, the conference program is subject to change without prior notice.
Business/Service Promotion
Attendance at events is based on conference participation. Events are not to be viewed as vehicles for the promotion of external organisations or services. All sponsors need to be approved through the sponsorship packages made available through CSA.
Tax
All conference registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Privacy Statement
Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference. Data obtained will remain the property of Christian Schools Australia. For more information, view our privacy policy.

Invoicing and Payment Terms
All registration fees will be invoiced directly by Christian Schools Australia following submission of registration. When registrations are received via the Ozaccom registration portal, no payment is collected within this online registration system. Event registrations remain unconfirmed until payment has been received in full by Christian Schools Australia. Payment is required as soon as possible following issue of the invoice and no later than 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, the registration may be cancelled and the place released. If a registration is received within 21 days of the event commencement date, Christian Schools Australia reserves the right to require immediate payment.
Securing a Place
Registration is to be made in the name of the attendee and institution sending them. Registration places cannot be held or transferred to third parties without express permission granted by CSA.

Delegate Cancellation Terms & Conditions
All cancellations, amendments and substitutions must be made in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply to any cancellation received up to 14 days prior to the event start date and any applicable refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. No refunds will be given after this date; however, it is possible to substitute a replacement delegate from your school/organisation free of charge by seeking permission as detailed above.

Security and Badge Policy
Delegates must wear their event-issued badges/lanyards at all times for security purposes. Badges will be required to enter events and are non-transferable and misuse may result in removal from the event.

“Force Majeure” & Other Restrictions
“Force Majeure” events outside the organiser’s reasonable control. Should CSA be prevented from running this event, due to any of the following causes to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalised lack of availability of raw materials or energy, the event organiser will not be liable for cancellation or changes due to events beyond their control and any such liability would be limited to the amount paid for the event registration only.

Event Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements be altered. CSA does not accept responsibility for any participant failing to insure for these events or for changes to the published conference program.
Business/Service Promotion

Accommodation booked on a conference rate
All amendments and cancellations must be advised in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to arrival will incur a penalty and it is at the hotel's discretion as to the cancellation penalty charged and could range from a minimum one night charge up to the total cost of stay booked.
Accommodation booked on an Alternative hotel live rate within the Ozaccom+ system
All terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.
All amendments and cancellations must be made directly with your chosen venue.
For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the registration booking website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to Ozaccom+: [email protected]. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any direct changes if you have booked the conference rate.
Disclaimer
Ozaccom+ / Christian Schools Australia will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events.
Personal Travel and Health Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. Ozaccom+ / Christian Schools Australia accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
