Answering tricky questions in the classroom

Answering tricky questions in the classroom

It's not easy to respond to complex issues in a way that invites all students to discover the relevance and truth of Christianity. Nate Armsberry is the Youth and Schools Coordinator at the Centre for Public Christianity, and he'll be helping us think through and practice how to address sensitive issues and questions in productive ways. This is an opportunity to reflect on the challenges and opportunities of leading classroom conversations around big topics. We'll be considering the importance of our relational posture and tone, as well as exploring practical skills and scenarios. Join us as we look at how to lead culturally engaging conversations around faith.

This in-person event, hosted at the Swan Christian Education Association, is open to members and non-members of CSA and is tailored to staff in your school who are involved in Christian Studies, Biblical living, curriculum development and setting school faith direction.

We thank the Bible Society for their support in this event.
