Flourish: A Vision of Christian Schooling is a project commissioned to empower staff in Christian schools to embrace this purpose and mission as we seek to bring the message of Jesus, through education, to a world in need.
Flourish consists of 4 modules:
This half-day training workshop will only focus on the first two modules: VISION and CULTURE.
- Vision: This module explores the vision, history and purpose of Christian schooling and gives some insight as to how this could play out in each school.
- Culture: This module looks at the hallmarks of a Christian culture and how it can be fostered, developed and maintained, as well as the impacts it may have on overall school vision.
- Faith: This module specifically tackles the role that faith, theology and worldview play in a school environment and how this can be done well.
- Practice: This module evaluates what it looks like to work, teach, and live out the christian life in a school and the impact this has on everyone involved.
