The CSA SA SpecNet Group exists to provide service and support to Special Ed Teachers in Christian Schools in South Australia. Come to further develop your networks, be inspired and encouraged.
FOCUS: Hearing and Vision Impairment

9.30am – Topic: Sign Language Australia – Challenges for hearing impaired children and services available (Key speaker: Donovan)

11.00am – Morning Tea
11.30am – Topic: Vision Impairment and Technology (Presented by South Australian School for Vision Impaired (SASVI) )
1.00pm – Lunch
1.45pm – Christian Philosophy of Inclusion and Differentiation, with time for Q&A
2.30pm – Group discussion: Low-budget but highly effective initiatives or suggestions that positively impact learning for students with special needs. Special guests: We will have teachers from Indonesia who will be visiting with us and who would like to ask questions about what we do in our schools to support students with special needs.
