If you have been advised that an account has been created for you, however, you are unable to find your “welcome email”, please follow the steps below:
click the link “Forgot Password? Request New Password.” below the “Log In” button
enter your email address in the “Username or email address” box (your username is your email address) If you have several addresses, you may need to contact the person who asked for you to be registered to find out which address they requested access for
click the “Get New Password” button
check your email (including the Junk/Spam folder) and follow the directions in that email
If you enter your password incorrectly more than 4 times in 5 minutes, you will be locked out for about 30minutes.
Please go and have a cup of tea, and then reset your password (see above), and follow the directions in the reset email.
It is also highly recommended that you use a “password manager” to help you manage your myriad passwords and accounts.
